Sew A Fun and Easy Triple Layer Skirt

This is a fun project for beginner sewers. You learn how to place a pattern and make three full circular flounces. Each layer is a little longer than the other so you have a full three layers of fabric. The waistband is an easy knit that folds over and the skirt just pulls on. You will also use the serger for hemming the layers of fabric as well as sewing the knit waistband.
